When you're aligned with your True Self, you see yourself as a YES (good, worthy, whole), and your perception wills you to embrace the uncertainty of growth.
When you're in identification with your false self, you see yourself as a NO (insignificant, unimportant, irrelevant), and your scarce mentality prioritizes comfort over possibility.
We often tell ourselves we need to get our shit together, we've got to make better decisions, and we have to practice self-control; when all the while, we have an opportunity to get our shift together and collapse back into the secure and stable part of ourselves that's always emerging, evolving, and expanding.
