You claim to know what to do, but you just don’t do it.
If that’s the case, then my question is: Where are you hiding?
Are you hiding behind perfectionism, a never-ending to-do list, cleaning your house, reality TV, a glass of wine, running late, complaining, blaming, excuses, justifications, control issues, self-doubt, putting others ahead of yourself, an overwhelming schedule, procrastination, a slow metabolism, your past, a lack of focus, skepticism, pessimism, a critical spirit or any number of scapegoats?
Realizing you are hiding allows you to come out of your shell and start asking questions.
“Embrace the glorious mess that you are.” Elizabeth Gilbert
