...you did something for the first time?
Really, think about this, it's probably been a while.
We all get caught up in patterns of repetition and monotony; it's part of our biology, our survival brain is wired for certainty, predictability, and efficiency.
However, in all my years of coaching, I've never had a client manifest their preferred reality by remaining within familiar routines.
An important question is: Who do I need to become to do something for the first time?
The answer will land in the ballpark of vulnerable, courageous, and trusting.
Deep breath and go!
