What you are vs. That you are


Most people base their worth on "what they are" and what they've accomplished, which is fleeting, unstable, and empty.


The most worthy people I know derive their worth from "that they are," simply being and breathing, which is durable, dynamic and fulfilling.


Once you experientially know that you are, you'll never question, confuse or ponder what you are, again.


And as you learn how to rest in your "thatness," you'll continue finding yourself happy with less and less...reaching this goal first helps you reach all the others, second.
