I had a blast writing about The War of Art. It was neat seeing how much my thinking had evolved since the first time I read his book. The last third of the book is worth its weight in gold. What I've learned about Resistance is it's not something to be pushed through as much as it's something to be surrendered, as it's a manifestation of a poor self-image, an identity crisis.
The Whole Person Project is in full effect, and it's incredible seeing people share and connect at such a human and generous level. Here's a pic of our last Community Meetup, where members connect with each other.

When you repeat the same problem to several people, you become increasingly committed to it, making it more prominent, and more difficult to solve. Interestingly, when you try redirecting your energy from problem to solution, you'll realize how much you're attached to the problem. Therefore, the solution, more often than not, is surrender.
Exercise does not need to take place within the four walls of a gym. Breakout, have fun, build relationships, rock on!
It's all connected: MindBodySpirit. Each aspect of our Individuality can be used to help the others. Spirit feeling heavy? Breathe deeply (emphasizing a full exhale) for three minutes for immediate, authentic relief. You'll be blown away!
