Tuning out of fearful frequencies...

...that maintain urgent, scattered, and disconnected ways of living.

Think of two frequencies you can be tuned into at any time, consciously and subconsciously: fearful and loving.

Each frequency has an energetic signature that predictably causes you to think, feel, and act in certain ways.

All too often, we get caught up in trying to alter our behaviors, not understanding that we're tuned into a station, which naturally produces those actions.

Takeaway: Don't change the behavior, change the frequency, and the behavior will take care of itself.

So, how do we alter our frequency from fearful to loving? Well, it's helpful to realize that fear does not exist in the present moment. Therefore, the question becomes: How do we access the present moment?

In short, we have to learn how to surrender our attachments to things—present-day things like roles and responsibilities and, more importantly, the painful experiences of our past.

Once you know WHO you are apart from things, the only thing left is love.
