The only time we really need motivation is...

...when we HAVE to do something that we don't WANT to do.

Doesn't that make sense?

If you WANT to do something, you're naturally motivated to do it...because you WANT to.

The problem isn't a lack of motivation; the problem is the obligation, the feeling that you HAVE to do it.

You may even WANT to do something, and you're scared to do it, but then you don't need motivation as much as you need courage.

This will open a can of worms, but my suggestion is to take it all away and start by telling yourself that you don't HAVE to do any of it. Then, decide what you WANT to do.

Starting with a HAVE to is starting with a NO! Once you start with a NO, it's very difficult to reach a foundational YES. While staring with a WANT to is starting with a YES and YES naturally leads to more YES!

Start with YES, spread the YES, and be the YES!!!
