Emotional states and status updates are deeply interconnected.
When you're in a fearful state, status updates range from hurt feelings to defensiveness, procrastination, worry, people-pleasing, frustration, disappointment, resentment, shame, blame, guilt, regret, remorse, and so on and so forth.
When you're in a loving state, status updates range from delight to empathy, initiative, contentment, self-care, peace of mind, acceptance, grace, honor, understanding, learning, growth, evolution, and so on and so forth.
We all fluctuate emotional states, but the primary difference between someone who chronically exists in fearful and loving states is that they don't know who they are apart from the painful experiences of their past.
