Saturday Summary: Week Thirty-Six

I want to take a moment to thank my readers!

Thank you for you!

I so appreciate that you can invest the few minutes you take reading my blog every day in any number of ways, and yet, you continue to share your attention with me.

Attention is a wonderful thing because we can only truly focus it on one thing at a time, and we can never get it back. Recognizing this is what makes how we spend our time abundant.

This last week of writing was magnificent. In the event missed Wednesday's blog, it's worth a read or a re-read. Then Friday's vlog was an expansion of what I wrote about on Wednesday.

If you haven't yet joined me for REST-Day Rejuvenation on Saturday, a 60-minute meditation and movement ritual, I'd love for you to join me. You can register here.

What I appreciate most is your attention, because it can only be invested in one place at a time, and you can never get that time back. So deciding to give me a few minutes of your day is worth the world to me.

Last week's posts...

Sunday: If you want to be free, keep asking...

The million-dollar questions we can ask that knocks on the door of freedom.

Monday: If we don't learn how to rest in silence...

The only way to truly connect to our lives is to learn how to rest in silence.

Tuesday: My emotions are my logic, part 1

Some people are very left-brained, logical thinkers, and then there's the rest of us.

Wednesday: How deep is your seeing?

If you've been unsuccessfully trying to stop engaging a protective behavior, you have to read this.

Thursday: Unhelpful quotes #5

This Elanor Roosevelt quote made its way into the unhelpful quotes category.

Friday: VLOG - How deep is your seeing?

Wednesday's blog was so juicy; I had to vlog about it.

"Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive that is youer than you." Dr. Seuss
