I want to take a moment to thank my readers!
Thank you for you!
I so appreciate that you can invest the few minutes you take reading my blog every day in any number of ways, and yet, you continue to share your attention with me.
Attention is a wonderful thing because we can only truly focus it on one thing at a time, and we can never get it back. Recognizing this is what makes how we spend our time abundant.
This last week of writing was magnificent. In the event missed Wednesday's blog, it's worth a read or a re-read. Then Friday's vlog was an expansion of what I wrote about on Wednesday.
If you haven't yet joined me for REST-Day Rejuvenation on Saturday, a 60-minute meditation and movement ritual, I'd love for you to join me. You can register here.
What I appreciate most is your attention, because it can only be invested in one place at a time, and you can never get that time back. So deciding to give me a few minutes of your day is worth the world to me.
