I read this (<-- You have to do the hard things) recently, and whoever wrote it, while well-intentioned; made the massive mistake of positioning all of these wonderful opportunities as obligations by framing everything as a "have to" do.
Initiatives that begin with having to do things are obligatory in nature, which also negates the fact that you have a choice to do or not do something.
If there's no choice, the decision cannot and never will be enjoyable, rewarding, or sustainable.
Replace the "have to" with "get to" and you'll have an entirely different experience reading that document, one of freedom, honor, and empowerment.
"There is no such thing as lack of opportunities for the person who is living the advancing life, and who has an advancing mind." Wallace Wattles
