Imagine a navigation that only worked...

... when it felt good about itself.

This is often what our self-care practices look like; we take care of ourselves when we're feeling hopeful, optimistic, and worthy.

But imagine Google Maps or Waze navigation only working or able to do its job when it's in an elevated state.

While technology does not process emotions, there's something to be taken away here.

When we commit to taking ourselves from point A to B, we can decide in advance to show up, on purpose, and keep our promises.

Yes, we have to feel feelings, face limiting beliefs, and endure painful memories, and with enough focus, intention, and willingness, we can do far more than we give ourselves credit for.
