You can't be in a healthy relationship if the relationship you have with yourself is poor.
Arguments are an attempt to be right and prove a point more instead of centered on understanding the other person.
When you're subconsciously attached to the painful experiences of your past, you're full of emotional triggers that have nothing to do with the other person.
Once you help people see these things, their awareness expands, paradigms shift, and behaviors change.
